Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to retail and wholesale purchases from Veer Mahadev Plastic, Ahmedabad.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with supporting images/video. Product must remain unused and in original condition unless transit damage is proven.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Custom/printed order items approved before production
• Delay due to incomplete address, customer unavailability, or force majeure
• Wholesale MOQ commitments already manufactured/allocated (5,000+ unit contracts)

Refund Timelines

After approval, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
